We just want to take a second to commend Scranton collision on their outstanding performance repairing our truck. The truck came back fixed properly,and in a timely manner .We didnt have time to clean the truck so I dropped the truck off filthy inside and out .It had saw dust all over .Upon arrival ,I notice they detailed it for us inside and out . Also It was only driven 1 mile for the test ride which is great and the truck feels as it should .Top Notch service. Best regards Pontius Landscape and Repair llc

Had work done here from an accident, insurance directed me to this shop. Ended up being one of the worst, most frustrating, and annoying experiences of my life. The shop took over 30 days to finish what were relatively minor repairs. In fact, they didn't even get my vehicle up on a rack for alignment inspection until the day (13.5 days) PA law says they have to. They conveniently found time to get the frame inspected the morning after insurance contacted them to find out what was taking so long. And then it still took another several weeks to finish. In the end, it took them 38 days to do 16 hours of repair work. When I finally got my vehicle back, by the time I got it home I noticed a few things wrong with the work that they did. A headlight mount was coming apart, a fender flare was barely attached, and the vehicle was scratched. Contacted insurance, they got them on the phone and the shop agreed to have me come in and have them fix the deficiencies. When I brought it back in for them to make the repairs, the manager, Shane, argued with me about the fender flare and scratches, even though I had photographic evidence contradicting him. He tried to tell me that the fender flare

Repair was perfect and in a timely manner. Customer service was very friendly and helpful and they even went above and beyond to clean the inside of my car a little bit. Highly recommend!

After being assaulted by a deer on Rte 84, my car was towed to Scranton Collision. They did a fantastic job and my car looked like new when I picked it up. I can be a tough customer and for me not to have a single complaint is a rarity but Scranton Collision totally delivered!
